Saint Bertrand (C1) was Bishop of Le Mans from 587-623 and founder of the Abbey of Notre-Dame-de-la-Couture, whose abbot is shown (B1) presenting the saint with his window. (see Lillich, 1994, p.40 for more on the relationship between the abbey and its parent cathedral)
