This is probably Exod 13:19-22 - Moses leading the Israelites out of Egypt, carrying with them the bones of the Patriarch Joseph in the shrine-like object on the right. If this were the case then the red flickering shape at the top of the scene might be the pillar of fire by which the Lord showed them the route (one of the bier carriers is clearly looking up at it).
