The best way of exploring the older parts of Warsaw near Starego Miasta is simply to wander without a map. Do watch out for the dogshit though - what with that and the Polish custom of always parking cars on the pavement, Warsaw would be a difficult place for a wheelchair user (it's hard enoung when one is simply drunk.)
