Vanakbara is the small fishing village at the western end of the island. Just to the north of the village is this rather run-down and neglected church. The caretaker was resting when I arrived and didn't want to get up so had to climb over the fence to get in, only to find that the doors were firmly locked - therefore can't comment on the church's interior.
