The Church of our Lady of the Immaculate Conception in the small village of Fudam (about 5km west of Diu Town) has been disused for some time though luckily it was open when I visited. It was the begining of January and the inside of the church was still decorated with paper streamers left over from the Christmas/New Year celebrations - the only trace of human life there.
