This view was taken from the small hill just across the river Bhagmati. The main Pashupatinath temple is the gold topped pagoda structure towards the right of the picture. Sadly the temple is open to Hindus only. The burning ghats where open-air cremations are held regularly (usually to the glee of video-camera wielding American tourists) are over to the left.
